Porto Energy Agency receives Public Utility Status

The Porto Energy Agency - AdEPorto - was recognized by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with Public Utility Status, due to the activities of general interest carried out for sustainable development in the Porto Metropolitan Area to the North of the Douro (AMP- ND).
The declaration of the Public Utility Status was granted for a period of 10 years, according to Dispatch number 12004/2021, where we can also read that AdEPorto "has developed and participated in several projects that aim to increase energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources, especially in the municipalities of its area of action": Porto, Gondomar, Maia, Matosinhos, Póvoa de Varzim, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Vila do Conde, Paredes and Valongo.
